MakeMKV will take a while to extract your movie (usually about 20 to 30 minutes). When you are ready, click the Create MKV button with the green arrow. You can see an estimate of the size of the file in the Information section, but suppose that you will need an additional 20 GB or more just in case (you will need it later to convert your file). This should be on a hard drive with plenty of free space. Next, on the right side of the window, select the folder where you want to place the MKV file. Select only the tracks you want to extract.
